How did we select these fine companies as our premier non-sponsors? These are the companies that contributed to the No on Proposition 37 campaign—the proposition that, if passed, would have mandated labeling on foods with genetically modified ingredients. The dollar amounts shown above are the actual amounts these companies contributed to keep you in dark regarding GMO ingredients. And remember, the money they contributed used to be your money. They spent your money to convince voters like you that you don’t have the right to know what’s in your food.
As long as these companies continue to support Monsanto and other bio-tech bullies by contributing money to keep genetically modified products unlabeled, we will do our very best to maintain our non-partnership status and keep our money out of their hands.
We will happily expand this list to include each and every company that opposes our right to know what’s in our food.
